Katie Grossman Director of Impacting Advisors Coaching

“We’re doing things at our firm that are not even on the radar in this industry. I’m working side by side with a true Visionary, so a big part of my job is polishing and perfecting his ‘outlandish’ ideas.”

Katie oversees each curriculum for our monthly webinars and 2-day Coaching sessions. She keeps the agendas lively, relevant and logical. In addition to proactively managing the curriculum, she also gathers topic suggestions from our Members and then maximizes our resources of highly trained advisors and team members to create responsive agenda items. Katie works with each speaker to enhance the presentations and materials to give our Members the strongest information possible. With each new innovation AdviceOne masters, she coordinates our speakers to share everything we’re doing in our $2 billion+ AUM practice to ensure the success of our Coaching Members.

Our firm is constantly innovating and evolving. Katie doesn’t rest until every process is perfect. This carries over into agenda planning. Each time AdviceOne undertakes an innovation, she ensures we continue to take our Members “Behind the Curtain” to see the genesis and practical application of the idea. She then works with our Coaches to tailor that information into presentations that benefit practices of any size.

Becky Headshot

Becky Zajac Director of Practice Development

“We live for those ‘light bulb’ moments in Coaching – that slight change in facial expression, that subtle shift in body language that indicates something has clicked.”

Becky has worn many hats throughout her tenure with AdviceOne, and she uses her personal experiences in each of her roles to enhance the development of Member practices.  Combining her signature humor with an earnestness for fostering growth in others, her presentations get to the heart of issues impacting businesses throughout the industry.  Hiring and firing decisions, training plans, difficult employee conversations, productive meetings, firm culture – she’s been through it all.  She is always ready to tackle questions on a myriad of topics.

Becky connects well with Coaching Members because she not only admits her failures, she embraces them as powerful learning opportunities.  In allowing herself to get a little vulnerable, she encourages Member practices to take risks and prosper from the results.
