“I am honored to provide a glowing endorsement of Michael P. Grossman, CFP®. Michael recently delivered a powerful and thought-provoking keynote address as well as performed on-the-spot “live” business coaching during our Broker Dealer’s National Conference to an audience of over 100 Financial Advisors and Leading Industry Professionals. His exceptional storytelling ability combined with his real-world experience running a wildly successful business left our audience inspired, motivated, and eager for more. Michael was truly able to connect with each individual in the audience and deliver as he calls it, a “purple” experience; taking us behind the curtain showing the “WHY” behind everything his firm is doing to continuously improve and innovate. This speaker undoubtedly left a lasting mark on our conference, and I know he would be the same invaluable addition to any conference or event fortunate enough to have him.”

“Two of our advisors and key staff members attended the FSI Conference. Michael Grossman’s speech hit on so many things we’re currently dealing with. After working with Michael, there is an excitement and direction for our group now. I’m scared, but I’m ready and excited. I continue to be wowed in every interaction we have.”

“I saw Michael speak at the national conference two years ago and was quite enamored with the principles he discussed and knew that we needed to implement them if we wanted to achieve serious growth. It took us a bit of time to take the plunge, but we signed up for their coaching a couple months ago and so far have been thrilled with the coaching we have received and are confident that it will be key to our success moving forward. I think the vast majority of advisors would benefit significantly from hearing what Michael has to say.”

“If you’ve been successful in the business twenty years or so, you rarely see a coach or speaker who truly understands what it took to get there, and the complexity you’ve created along the way. Usually, all you hope is to find a nugget or two that you can take away and make incremental improvement. Michael has the ability to turn your business into a systematized machine and help you accomplish anything you wish – whether it’s time off, clearing up nagging issues with a partner, or cloning a stable of young advisors to drive your practice in the future. One of the luckiest days of my career is the day my staff saw Michael speak at the FSI Conference in Washington, DC and dragged me into his session. Today, you couldn’t drag me away from his coaching and counsel!”
Mark A. Congdon, AIF

“I heard Michael speak at the First Allied National conference three years ago and decided to join his program. He did a fantastic job at the national conference, and I believe that he could fit your vision of a ‘TED talk’ type of program. I have been amazed at the amount of progress that his coaching program has helped our firm in just 1½ years. Prior to Impacting Advisors Coaching, we have had a different coaching relationship for 10 years. We have implemented more with Michael’s group in 1½ years than we did for the last 5 years with our previous program. As an active advisor with over 30 years experience in the business, Michael has a way of cutting through the issues and helping advisors solve problems with their firms.”
Brian Everett
Founder CEO, Everett Financial Group

“I first heard Michael speak at the FSI Conference. It is obvious that he genuinely enjoys coaching other advisors. After joining the Impacting Advisors Coaching Program, I attended my first live meeting. I had been to many conventions, coaching sessions, etc., and I left with more ideas than any other coaching program I had attended in my 25 years in this business….by far. Great curriculum, everything stayed on schedule and Michael certainly has an amazing talent for communicating concepts. I have worked with other coaches in the past, and unquestionably, my return on investment on Impacting Advisors Coaching Program greatly exceeds all others. I certainly have a much better understanding of where I want my practice to go. I consider it a great use of my time, and I am very confident these sessions will have a dramatic effect on my practice in the years to come.”
